These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Private Table website and membership services operated by The Private Table ("we," "us," "our"). By applying for, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Private Table provides education, digital community, AI-powered tools, personal development frameworks, communication training, career resources, and networking opportunities.

The Private Table does not provide financial, legal, medical, psychological, investment, or employment advice.

Membership is subject to application and approval. We reserve the right to reject applications, remove members, suspend access, or terminate membership if someone violates the rules or damages the quality of the room.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Membership does not guarantee income, job offers, business results, social outcomes, personal transformation, or access to specific individuals or opportunities. Results depend on the member's background, effort, market conditions, execution, decisions, consistency, and circumstances.

Members must respect confidentiality. Private screenshots, member conversations, resources, templates, recordings, and internal discussions may not be shared outside the club.

Members must not harass, spam, manipulate, scam, discriminate, or exploit other members. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Members are responsible for managing their subscription and cancellation according to the cancellation policy.

Payment processors such as Stripe or similar providers process payment information securely on our behalf.

For high-ticket services such as The Private Blueprint, a separate agreement is created before payment, including scope, duration, payment terms, cancellation rules, confidentiality, and no-guarantee clauses.

All content, blueprints, frameworks, systems, and materials provided within The Private Table are owned by us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Private Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
